Joseph Davies
CEO - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joseph's career path began in the natural health industry working in both New Zealand and Australia, where he held various management roles. In 2016, he assumed the role of General Manager at TRI Dental Implants Australia. Fast forward to January 2023, Joseph has taken on the role of CEO at TRI Dental ANZ.
Having accumulated over a decade of experience with leading dental implant companies globally, Joseph has shifted his focus towards spreading the transformative innovations pioneered by TRI Dental Implants. His mission now extends to introducing other distinctive and inventive dental products to the market.

Louise Reynolds
OFFICE MANAGER
Louise has spent over 20 years in all facets of the dental industry. Starting out as a Dental Assistant she discovered a talent for lab work and decided to complete her studies in Dental Technology. She spent the next 10 years working as an Acrylic/Chrome Technician in NSW and QLD.
After an unfortunate wrist injury in 2015 Louise moved into Practice Management and enjoyed the fast-paced challenges that a busy practice brings. Her many years working in both the clinical and lab side of Implant Dentistry has provided the experience needed to provide our customers with supportive customer service and guidance.

Professor Axel Spahr
DIRECTOR

Specialist Periodontist - University of Sydney & Private Practice..
Prof. Spahr is Director of Oral Rehabilitation and Head of the Discipline Periodontics as well as Deputy Head of School at The University of Sydney Dental School.
Prof. Spahr is the former Head of Periodontics at the University of Ulm in Germany and has worked at various international universities and research facilities. He has additional training in microbiology, molecular biology, extensive experience in basic science research, animal research and clinical research. His research interest includes periodontal regeneration, bone regeneration, periodontitis and systemic diseases, antimicrobial therapy as well as dental implants and peri-implant diseases. He has led large externally funded research projects and is collaborating with leading international research groups and companies in the field of periodontology, implantology and bone regeneration. He is author of numerous publications in international peer-reviewed dental and medical journals, book chapters and has presented his work at professional conferences worldwide. Prof. Spahr is a board registered periodontal specialist, he works part time in an established specialist periodontal and implant practice in Sydney and is the past President of the Periodontal Research Group of the International Association of Dental Research (IADR). He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), the International College of Dentists (ICD), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy (PFA).

Dr Thomas Giblin

Dr. Giblin graduated Dentistry from Sydney University with Honours in 2004. In 2007, after a stint in private practice near Coffs Harbour, Dr. Giblin was accepted into a 3-year Advanced Prosthodontics Residency at the University Of Texas Health Science Centre in San Antonio, regarded as the top program in the USA. In his time there, Dr. Giblin gained a broad education in all aspects of dentistry, including implant, fixed and removable prosthodontics as well as sleep dentistry, occlusion and TMD.
Since returning, Dr. Giblin has worked in several locations, before setting up a practice in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and in Bathurst in NSW’s Central West region.
Dr Giblin has a focus on Dental Implants, being trained not only as a Specialist Prosthodontist, but also in the surgical side of placing implants, such as complex bone and soft tissue grafting procedures, including sinus augmentations.
